SHIPPING POLICY

Every MOONBOOKS order is packed with care before it leaves us. Here's what to expect once you place yours.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on your location.

For West Malaysia, a flat rate of RM15 applies. Free shipping on all orders above RM150.

For East Malaysia, a flat rate of RM25 applies. Free shipping on all orders above RM250.

Processing time

All orders — including engraved orders — are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders of 10 units and above may take 2–3 business days to process. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, please allow 3–5 business days (West Malaysia) and 5-8 business days (East Malaysia) for delivery. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your order directly with the courier.

Engraved orders

Engraved orders follow the same processing time of 1–2 business days. Please double-check your engraving text before completing your order — engraved items are final sale and cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact your courier directly using your tracking number. MOONBOOKS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
